The short version: your shop's data stays on your own server. We do not receive it — we could not if we wanted to, because of how the software is built.
The Todagiri plugin runs on your own WordPress, and the app talks straight to your site. Your products, orders, customers and stock do not pass through any server of ours, and we hold no copy of them.
There is no analytics or crash-reporting SDK in the Todagiri app. No Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Facebook SDK. It talks to your shop's address, and to whichever courier you book with yourself.
Your licence key is verified on your own server, against a public key bundled inside the plugin. Nothing is sent to us to do it — so we do not know when you use the app, or how much.
When you buy a licence we receive what you type in on this website: your name, mobile number, email, your shop's domain, and the bKash payment reference. We need those to issue the licence, send it to you, and help you later. They are never sold or passed on.
todagiri.com is a WordPress site running WooCommerce. WooCommerce records ordinary details alongside an order, such as which link brought you here and your browser name. There are no advertising or tracking scripts on this landing page.
Ask us and we will delete them. We keep purchase records only where bookkeeping law requires it.
